opinion<\/a>, the Commonwealth Court held that the articles of impeachment do not viably allege that District Attorney acted in a manner that constitutes \u201cany misbehavior in office.\u201d Therefore, the articles do not comply with the requirements imposed by article VI, section 6 of the Pennsylvania Constitution and cannot serve as the basis for a
