I will pull the clock off the wall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">I refuse to fret about leaving for &amp; getting to work before 9:30 A.M. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">I will not routinely set the alarm (for 5:11 A.M.) that goes off irrespective of how many hours of sleep I&#8217;ve scored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Worrying about the time of day in relation to my task list for the day will not cloud my thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Mandy Brown <a href=\"https:\/\/everythingchanges.us\/blog\/energy-makes-time\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">writes<\/a> that energy creates and expands time. Her excellent article resonates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">I complete more work when I am well-rested and have exercised. I am more focused on the immediate job when I do not allow myself to be distracted by the meaning I assign to the clock&#8217;s numbers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The hour and minute will not dictate my actions and emotional responses.
