I elevate the ideas in my dome without questioning them. The silent narrative is Fact because . . . umm . . . . My mind would not deceive me, would it? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if I second-guessed that memory of last week? What would happen if I challenged my financial anxiety about payments not yet due or made? Might more peace of mind materialize?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I now strive not to elevate my thoughts, which are not Truth. They are based on my experiences and brain’s wiring, not exclusively on verifiable facts and testable theories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Truth is what I can see, touch, taste, and hear. My memories and worries are not Truth. They are merely my biased thoughts about the past or future. Only this present moment is my Truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
