Sometimes, aging is lame.

I underwent a colonoscopy today. The procedure is recommended for men once they hit 45. And since I’m 46, I was due for it.

The prep for the event was a nightmare. One must fast for more than twenty-four hours and take laxatives to clean the colon.

The experience made me realize how fortunate I am to eat & drink anytime I want.
