-Why in the sam hell has there been stories across news outlets on the demise of the Titanic?  The ship went down long ago.  How is it still relevant?  Who freaking cares?

-I am continually bewildered that the spread of misinformation is embraced in politics.  Educating the public about the facts of a given issue is only marginally important.  For example, last week, I watched a D and R Rep. from the House debate the merits of the Keystone Pipeline on Hardball.  The two pols, obviously, did not agree on even one point.  Moreover, they spit out talking points such that I have not a freaking clue about the Pipeline’s legitimate advantages and disadvantages.

-I am increasingly frustrated by “news” outlets.  I want the bare facts, not spin, not commentary mixed in with facts.  MSNBC, FOXNEWS, and CNN are partisan.  The NYT, WSJ, and WaPo are partisan.  What the f- .
